I just beat The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages last night and in the process of doing so, I consulted a walkthrough a handful of times: to find out how to get the Broken Sword fixed (something that I probably would have figured out on my own), to confirm the location of the 12th Piece of Heart (what I had already known), and to figure out the weaknesses of the final forms of the 8th and 9th bosses.
I feel a little disappointed in myself that I had to rely on walkthroughs. Looking at what got me stumped, I think that I would have been able to figure all these out on my own had I been a little more patient.
Oh yeah, Oracle of Seasons was supposed to be the combat-oriented game, but those last two bosses in Ages really gave me a run for my money.
Well, Oracle of Ages has been completed. Time to continue my journey and proceed with Oracle of Seasons.
